Now is your opportunity to get healthy. Spring is approaching and what better time to get a new health book to help you on your journey to Blyssful Health.     I am planning on improving my health by going 100% raw next week. I'm very excited about it. After that, I'm hoping to continue with a high raw diet. I always feel my best when I'm eating lots of raw fruits and veggies.

  11. I'm improving my family's health by cutting down our meat intake! I'm striving to start off by cooking 1 vegetarian meal per week for my family, and plan on eventually serving meat no more than 4x a week! Way to inspire us, Sasha!

  15. Love this giveaway! I just picked up "Ani's Raw food Kitchen" from the library a couple of days ago and was looking through it last night. I could definitely improve my health by eating more raw foods and meditating.

  20. Hey Sasha, so this morning I posted you everyway I could imagine. I already am on your email list. Not sure I know what blogroll is. I blog but am pretty new to it so I need to figure out how to get you on my blogroll. You follow my blog, so I don't know if that is the same or not. I am making huge changes to improve my health and my families. Loving the CSD and your blog. Finding it not so hard to go Raw, but still have a few days where I am not completely raw. But I am getting there. Between these changes in my diet and my evolving yoga practice, I am feeling pretty darn great about my life. Thanks for being a part of this journey for me and my family.
